Ordering a Hypercharge RFID card

This article will guide you through the process of ordering a Hypercharge RFID card through the Hypercharge app. If you have already received a Hypercharge RFID card and need to associate it with your account, follow the steps here.

  1. Open the Hypercharge app and log in

  2. Navigate to the Account page

  3. Tap the “Member Card” menu option

  4. Use the “Order a Member Card” option (Note that fees apply)

  5. Follow the steps to add your shipping and payment information

  6. Confirm your purchase

Your Hypercharge RFID card should arrive within 7-14 days. For information on the status of your order, contact Hypercharge Support.
