Turn on automatic balance reloads

Automatic balance top-ups are a simple way to ensure that your charging sessions aren’t interrupted by running out of balance. RFID card uses will appreciate having their balance topped up without needing to open the Hypercharge app.

Note

You need to add a payment method before you can enable automatic payments.

You can turn on automatic balance reloads by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the Account page in the app and select the “Automatic Payments” option

   

2. Confirm the toggle for automatic payments is set to “Active”

   

3. Choose the amount of balance that should be added each time your balance falls below $10.00

   

4. Confirm that the correct payment method is selected. This payment method will be billed for automatic balance reloads. Tap “Edit” if you wish to choose a different payment method.

   

5. Automatic balance updates are now enabled with the selected options. Use the back button to return to the Account page.
